Our client, a leading global customer service provider, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Penang, Malaysia. This is a full-time, on-site role working rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.
About the role
You'll deliver customer support in your native Taiwanese language, handling inquiries and resolving issues for our client's customers. This role offers flexible scheduling with 5 working days and 2 days off per week across Monday-Friday (9am-10pm) and Saturday-Sunday (9am-6pm) shifts. Multiple joining dates are available in October, November and December.

- Provide customer service support in native Taiwanese

What you'll bring
- Native Taiwanese language proficiency (essential)
- A degree qualification for EP Processing
- Strong customer service aptitude and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia
Pay and details
- RM 8,500 - RM 8,900 per year (includes language allowance)
- Full-time, on-site position
- Rotating shift schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-6pm
- 5 working days, 2 days off weekly
- Start dates: October 26, November 26 or December 26
